ServeFed can provide, or set up live video interaction, allows individuals to communicate with healthcare providers using audiovisual technology, serving as an alternative to in-person appointments when necessary. It supports various services like consultation, diagnosis, and treatment, utilizing devices such as video conferencing units, cameras, and display devices like monitors and tablets. This method can offer cost-effective healthcare access, particularly for institutionalized or incarcerated patients.
Remote Patient Monitoring
We can facilitate Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, use to collect various health data from the point of care and transmit it to healthcare professionals in different facilities, facilitating continuous tracking of patient health (e.g.: Blood pressure monitors, Pacemakers, Glucose meters, Oximeters, Wireless scales, Heart rate monitors), reducing readmission rates, supporting healthier living at home for older and disabled individuals, and ultimately improving quality of life and reducing healthcare costs.
Mobile Health
Mobile Health (mHealth) is a relatively new aspect of technology enabled health care, and ServeFed is an expert in this ever evolving sector. mHealth uses mobile communication devices, like cell phones and tablets, along with application software (apps), to support health care and public health practice and education, ranging from targeted behavioral promotions to widespread disease outbreak alerts.
